Yes — and it's the core of our model. Every Cangurhu cook must be food-safety certified, and every kitchen passes an AI vision vetting process that verifies hygiene and premises cleanliness, guaranteeing compliance with local food safety rules and regulations. Customers can see each cook's safety status before ordering.
Anyone with a home kitchen and real cooking skills. You'll apply in the app, complete food-safety certification (we guide you through it), pass our AI kitchen-hygiene vetting, and then publish your menu. It's a genuine economic opportunity to generate extra income from home.
No. Cangurhu couriers deliver by car, motorbike, bicycle, electric scooter, or even on foot. Because cooks and customers live in the same neighbourhood, most deliveries are short local trips — perfect for any mode of transport.
Absolutely — that's what makes Cangurhu different. Every account can be a Customer, a Cook, and a Courier at the same time, in the same one app. Order on Monday, cook on Friday, deliver on Sunday.

Cooks set their own prices, and because home kitchens carry no restaurant rent or staffing costs, prices are genuinely affordable — typically below comparable restaurant delivery. You see the full price before you order.
All payments happen securely in the app. Cooks earn from every dish sold and couriers earn per delivery, with earnings tracked transparently and paid out on a regular cycle.
Cangurhu uses Artificial Intelligence vision technology as part of the cook vetting process. It assesses kitchen hygiene and premises cleanliness against food safety standards, giving every customer consistent, documented assurance — not just a one-off human inspection.
AI is central to our solution: AI-assisted software code generation built the platform itself, an AI-assisted recommendation engine powers search and discovery, AI-assisted voice-to-text-to-voice and language translation remove language barriers, and after go-live AI agents will support operations, social media marketing, and customer support.
